FLP Initiative in progress · a partner is involved
Filantropia — Extending a capitalization platform to new operating models
A new product layer for structuring philanthropic campaigns with different partners, inside Liderança's infrastructure.
An initiative being structured, already with a partner involved — not a launched product yet

Decision: the operator in a single operational flow
An initiative being structured, already with a partner involved; not a launched product yet. The idea is to extend Liderança's operational infrastructure, the same one as PROCAP.
Context
Liderança already had an operational infrastructure built around capitalization products. The discussion moved to how that capability could support philanthropy operations with different partners, without turning each new initiative into an isolated product. The exploration became an initiative, now with a partner involved.
Problem
Letting different partners and campaigns use the same infrastructure without creating an operational experience that is overly complex. The central question: how do you turn a new line of business into a reusable capability of the platform?
My role
Product Designer in exploring and structuring the experience, looking at how to separate concepts such as partner, campaign, product/modality, and documentation. Multidisciplinary work in the Liderança / PROCAP context.
Decisions
Separate the partner from the campaign. Make the campaign a configurable unit. Reuse the existing product logic. Keep the operator in a single operational flow.

Exploration
Philanthropy as a capability of the platform
The exploration looks at how Liderança's operational infrastructure could be extended to new philanthropic operations, without turning each partner or campaign into an independent product.
- Reuse — the product logic and the infrastructure that already exist, instead of new structures per partner.
- Configuration — the campaign as a configurable unit, separate from the partner.
- A simpler operation — the operator inside a single operational flow.
What we discarded
Problem
Letting different partners and campaigns use the same infrastructure without creating an operational experience that is overly complex. The central question: how do you turn a new line of business into a reusable capability of the platform?
Objective
Use the existing operational infrastructure for new campaign and partner models, without multiplying the complexity of the system.
Tensions
- Reuse × specificity
- Partner × campaign
- Flexibility × simplicity
- New capability × existing infrastructure
Impact
The objective: a Filantropia capability that used Liderança's existing operational infrastructure, allowing new campaign and partner models without multiplying the complexity of the system. It started as an exploration and became an initiative, already with a partner involved; there are no published product results yet.
What I learned
A new product does not always need to start with a new platform. Sometimes the opportunity is to turn existing capabilities into reusable infrastructure.
