Context
Projeto Experimente Nascer de Novo is the humanitarian initiative of Associação Armênia Fedainer FC, a nonprofit founded in 1985. It serves orphaned children and Armenian and Artsakh families marked by the war, in Brazil and abroad, with food assistance, psychosocial support, and social integration.
Problem
An organization with more than 40 years of work needed a portal that explained that work, connected people to it, and made donations easier. For someone arriving for the first time, the questions are two: what do they do, and why can I trust them?
My role
Together with Diego Sabino, through my studio OCTI, at the request of Mr. Sarkis, the organization's founder: strategy, UX, UI, visual direction, and development. The history and the actions presented belong to the organization; our work was the portal.
Decisions
Open with the cause and the request for help. Organize the work into concrete fronts of support: humanitarian assistance, a protected childhood, and Projeto Artsakh. Tie each donation amount to what it sustains, in four currencies, for people giving from Brazil and from abroad. Make trust explicit: CNPJ, founded in 1985, how donations are used, and an FAQ that answers why to trust. Mark old campaigns as closed, so the site does not ask for help for something that has ended. Offer more than one way to take part — donation, volunteering, and partnership — in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish.

A portal that answers two questions before asking for help
Someone arriving for the first time wants to know what the organization does and whether they can trust it. The portal answers both before asking for the donation, and offers paths for someone who wants to help in another way.
